Julia has been a trusted advisor to the Broccolini executive team for nearly two years now. She facilitated several of our strategic sessions to align our executive team, and quickly learned how to influence the various stakeholders. She also elevated our governance by putting in place our first Board of Directors, by facilitating the transition from second to third family generation, by implementing better controls for our fund management business, and by creating an annual/quarterly goals process for our leaders to execute against the strategic priorities. Julia has orchestrated our annual strategic planning process for the past two years. For a new PropTech company I was starting in Europe, Julia first developed a detailed business plan, including competitive benchmarks, unmet customer needs, price model, demand and supply forecasts, as well as the required organizational structure. She then supported me as Interim General Manager, leading several key projects such as brand strategy, go-to-market strategy, business model development, fundraising from seed investors, supervising the technological development, and staff recruitment.
