Who I Am & What I do

For the past 18 years, I have been helping enterprises develop strong business strategies, manage complex cross-functional projects and optimize supply chains to maximize profitability. A seasoned business strategy consultant, I have developed an expertise in the retail, consumer products and technology sectors.

I am known for using creative techniques to solve business problems, such as design thinking and agile methodologies (I am a certified Scrum Master) to speed up time-to-market. Perfectly bilingual in French and English, I hold an HBA from the Ivey Business School and an MBA from INSEAD (top 3 worldwide).

I was featured in the 2017 book ‘It’s your turn’ as part of Canada’s top 150 influential women . In my spare time, I act as a mentor to start-ups at District 3 from Concordia University, lead the INSEAD Women in Business Montreal chapter, and train for long-distance road triathlon (Ironman 70.3) as well as mountain triathlon (XTERRA) races.
