  • More than 30 boutiques and concessions around the world (most of which travel with the show, making operations more complex)
  • Declining revenues per spectator for the retail division over the last decade —> focus on the core business of shows and ticket sales
  • No IT tool to source products or manage inventories (>2,000 unique products in multiple show locations and four DCs)
